The Bradley Method prepares mothers and fathers for the natural birth of their baby with an emphasis on natural relaxation, good nutrition, and positive communication. This discussion group meets the last Wednesday of each month, is free and is open to men and women to share their ideas and practices and to listen to what others are doing to maintain good health. These free Saturday classes are open to all cancer patients and their families and friends to learn art skills from painting to multimedia through individual and community projects. This is a 4 hour course taught by a certified CPR instructor for parents, babysitters and others who would like to learn CPR techniques for infants and children and how to manage emergencies in the home.
