We also encourage family members and friends who have recently been exposed to or show signs of mumps, measles, H1N1, chicken pox, the flu, or other contagious illnesses to avoid being in our hospital until they feel better. It is important to protect our patients, many of whom are susceptible to infections. If you feel that your particular situation may warrant special accommodations, please contact the nursing supervisor by calling extension 0 or the infection control coordinator at extension 4346.
If you are undergoing surgery, your relatives may wait in the Ambulatory Surgery waiting room, located on the first floor.
