Smoking Cessation

There are few things you can do that are as important to your health as quitting smoking.  As difficult as it is to quit we want to support all those who wish to try. If you have tried and failed in the past that actually increases the chance that you will succeed in a subsequent attempt, most people need to try several times before succeeding. At Benedictine we offer the American Cancer Society Smoking Cessation Program free of charge.
